Planner 2.3.4 - 🛠️ Stability and Bug Fixes
This release focuses on stability, with 30 bug fixes across all pages.
🛠️ Bugfixes
Pinned groups: Pinned groups stay at the top of the timeline, and rows no longer show through them.
All-day events: All-day events line up with the timeline.
Pasting events: Pasting works for milestones and short events, and keeps the copied event type.
Sidebar resizing: The plan sidebar resizes with its handle, and the timeline follows its width.
Capacity events: Capacity events stay put when dragged or resized, and no longer flicker.
Capacity warning: A new event is only flagged as hidden when the timeline really hides it.
Booking status: Dragging a booking to another status row sets its status.
Status names: Duplicated statuses save, and renaming a saved status no longer asks to delete it.
Task events: Deleting task events asks for confirmation first.
Recurrence fields: The end date stays clear of the controls, and recurrence changes save from the sidebar.
Recurrence end date: The end date shows only on hover.
New events: New events can be saved and cancelled from the sidebar.
Time off: Workload updates straight away after a time off change.
Resource type rows: Events and milestones can be created on rows grouped under a resource type.
Multi-select rows: Events can be created on multi-select attribute rows.
Milestone popover: The event form opens next to the milestone it belongs to.
Subtask linking: Subtasks link correctly when rows are grouped.
Scenario sync: Syncing a scenario no longer crashes the scheduler.
Resource undo: Undo and redo revert changes to resource attributes.
Attribute access: A new attribute saves with the default access.
Attribute form: The save button is disabled while the form submits.
Text attributes: Cleared text attribute values are handled when changed or saved.
Duplicate resources: Duplicating a resource works without its linked user, and shows any failure.
Linked user field: The linked user field goes back to its saved value after a failed link.
Subtask undo: Moving a parent event and its subtasks is undone in one step, and undo restores deleted subtasks as subtasks.
Subtask deletion: Deleting a parent event also deletes its subtask events.
Subtask resizing: A parent event with subtasks can no longer be resized by hand.
Subtask picker: Drawing on a task with subtasks opens the subtask picker.
Subtask times: A parent event lines up with its subtasks in time zones other than UTC.
Event re-draw undo: Undoing an event re-draw restores its stored times.
Milestone date: A milestone shows one date, and the duration field is hidden.
Plan before Resources: On the dashboard, Plan sits before Resources.
