Using Ctrl + Click on products page to intermittently select versions also opens the right click dialog on MacOS, on Windows it seemts to just not work

The Behavior is different between these two operating systems, I havent tested Linux yet. I've tested this in Chrome on both machines. Shift + click works as expected, but Ctrl + Click works half in macos, with the popup being quite annoying, in windows it just doesnt respond properly ( i'm not getting the popup there ).
