Use bqt for Blender Qt integration
I would like to propose switching to bqt to integrate Qt/PySide2 into Blender for Ayon.
The major benefit is that it allow proper parenting of Qt widgets to the Blender window.
Its use is quite wide spread through the games industry and currently the Ayon integration conflicts with the bqt integration causing an error when trying to show widgets.
Here is the repo: GitHub - techartorg/bqt: A Blender add-on to support & manage Qt Widgets in Blender (PySide2)

I’ve heard of mixed feelings about
bqt- in particular it’s stability across multiple platforms. Any chance you have experience with that and know first-hand how well it behaves nowadays?I also noticed
bqthas had no commits for over a year - which usually can mean a good thing because the API is stable. But with Blender changing its API as crazy as it does I wonder whether it actually hints at not being maintained?Mustafa Zaky Jafar
