Tags are acting weird in comment section

Version: Web 1.13.8 and Desktop 1.7.2

Date: 06.02.2026

Steps for reproduction:

• Navigate to the comment section of any work item in AYON.

• Use the “@” symbol for tagging other people.

• After typing a tag, let’s copy it with Ctrl + C

• Paste the copied tag to another place in that comment

• Delete a character (preferably not the last one) in the copied text

• After copying the tag make it a header (at formatting)

• Not to copy but cut the tag with Ctrl + X and see more weird things

• Undo the action with Ctrl + Z and many times (not consistent) the text disappears

Screen record can be handed over if necessary.
Severity: Minor (it’s an inconvenience)
