Rez + AYON Support

Rez is a powerful package manager. it can create standalone environments configured for a given set of packages.

Applications addon now technically supports rez via arguments on the applications.

However, it seems it needs a prelaunch hook that allows Rez to pick up environment variables that have been modified by AYON as reported here.
