Feature requests CommunityPipeline

For any published product it would be nice to

*Be able to see the path to the published file (much like you can currently see the source)

*Have an “Open in explorer” button

*Be able to open products in a software specified by the user (and able to add softwares that does not have addons, like powerpoint for example)

These request are for web viewer

        We try to keep AYON as workflow agnostic as possible and provide a base foundation for building customizations on top. So these actions won’t be built into AYON.

        One thing that might happen is we (or anyone) can create an addon that bundles these actions together, making it easier for everyone to use. Let me know if you would interested in that!

          I am a bit supprised that this is not on the roadmap. I think these are pretty basic features that exists in most softwares dealing with files.

          @Roy Nieterau Pretty please make an addon :). At least exposing the path to where the file is on disk as an attribute.

          Not having easy access on disk will make life very difficult for many at our studio. In Prism you can righ click anywhere in the UI and “Open in explorer”, which is suuuuper helpful.
