Powerpack Status sync from folder to tasks

Sunrise would find it helpful if an ‘Omit’ status set by a producer on a shot folder would automatically set the children tasks to Omit as well. This is so that artists in their kanban view can see their assigned

shot/asset task in Omit, and know not to waste time on it anymore.
