Allow the user to define the installation path of applications in the Launcher

Currently, the AYON Launcher expects editing programs to be installed in default paths. However, some artists install these programs in custom locations, which results in "file not found" errors when trying to open them from the Launcher. The request is to add an option in the Launcher that allows the user to choose or specify the installation path of a program when the default path is not found, or to allow the configuration of custom paths per application.
