New Entity Redesign - Attributes and Templates

When creating a new entity there should be an option to fill out the description and attribute values whilst creating the entity.

• Improve naming input to be wider and support longer labels.

• Add expanded version that allows for setting description and attribute values.

• Advanced ability to create “template forms” of certain attributes to fill out with requirements.
