Multi project lists

It would be amazing to create lists that are not project specific, basically being able to add products from any projects into one list

As example of use one could create lists of all deliveries ever made, collect lists for showreel material or lists based on delivery type

Right now our solution is to do this manually using folders on disk, but would be amazing to be able to use AYON to quickly find stuff you have made in the past.

    Thank you @Olle Rydberg . I agree that this would indeed be very nice. Technically this might be a bit tricky, but we’ll keep an eye here, whether it gets some more traction.

      How does the task view work? That seems to be the only thing in AYON that displays information about multiple projects at the same time

      The task view was what got me thinking about multi project list feature.. since it seems like you can collect information from multiple projects in that view.

        The main thing is that the kanban is materialised only for the frontend, while the lists are stored persistently inside of a project right now. No project, nowhere to store the list.
