More Feature Rich Folder Template System

The folder template system is really useful a few extra bits of functionality would make it even more so:

When applying a template, showing a dialog to allow the user to preview and pick which entities to apply.

A quick copy paste template that doesn't save the template to the server settings.

Currently I have to go in and clean up templates every few days as users add templates for a one off task.

Having user specific templates that only the user can access.
