Highlight Active User's Tag in Multi-Tag Comments

When multiple users are tagged in a single comment, it would be helpful to visually differentiate (highlight) the current user's tag to make it easier to identify where my attention is specifically needed. Currently all user tags appear with the same visual treatment in comments, making it difficult to quickly identify personal mentions when multiple people are tagged.

Proposed enhancement: Apply a distinct visual highlight (e.g., different text color, background color or border) to the active user's tag to make it stand out from other mentioned users. This would improve efficiency by allowing users to quickly scan lengthy comments and immediately identify when they personally need to take action or respond.
