General Activity Feed

Our producer here would find it very useful for the web interface to include a general activity feed showing changes made by users, e.g. new product versions, task assignment changes, status changes, new comments etc.

A kind of high-level, user-friendly feed of the sorts of relevant changes but across all entities.
