Extended loader support in After Effects

Is it possible to extend the loader functionality with After Effects so that the loader supports the formats that After Effects original import function supports?

For example MP4 is possible to import into After Effects, but when using the loader it is not possible.

    Yes, its very possible to incorporate any kind of loader into Ayon. So its mostly about client demands and requests but generally very easy to implement thanks to the modular architecture.

    Speaking of AE and supported formats…do you have specific ideas for improvement (among mp4 format)? As there is probably no way to incorporate all formats in each and every host application but e.g. mp4 does make very sense!
