copy settings from all addon versions in DB

We are limiting copying settings from addons physically available on server. At the same time we put a lot of effort to clean up unused addons from the server.

Technically it should be easy to allow copying from any version available in database and would help us to keep the addons clean and not left on the server just to have access to its settings
