Comments categories and permissions

Sometimes you need comment to have a bit more information “between the lines”. Comment tags allow you to add extra categorisation for easier filtering. Additionally, comments also receive a category, which allows for granular permission handling, so you can for example create a private comments category for producers and directrs to discuss shot changes without confusing the artist.
