Unreal: Publish fail affects all publish instances

When publishing in Unreal if one shot fails then all fails an nothing gets published

This means I have to publish things one by one or publish all and see which ones fails and then ignore those on next publish

It would be better if the shots working got published and then I would only need to fix and re-publish the one that failed

I am publishing locally not on farm
